To use the 15Five Spark services that reference these terms ( “Spark”; which together with the other items listed in the MSA comprise the “15Five Materials”), you must accept (1) the Master Subscription Agreement, and (2) these Generative AI Additional Terms of Service.
Please read these documents carefully. Together, these documents, along with any other documents reference therein or which reference these terms; including but not limited to: the order form, DPA, etc.) as applicable, are known as the “Terms” and/or “Agreement”. They establish what you can expect from us as you use our 15Five Materials, and what we expect from you.
We also encourage you to read our Privacy Policy (and any privacy notices presented in connection with a Service) to better understand what information we collect and how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information.
Use restrictions
In addition to the other restrictions listed in Section 2.4 (Restrictions), You and Your Users may not use the Services to develop machine learning models or related technology.
In addition to the restrictions in the Restriction section of the MSA, You will comply with Spark-specific notices if applicable, such as any warnings not to input sensitive or confidential information; including, but not limited to PII.
Disclaimers
Spark may sometimes provide inaccurate or offensive content that doesn’t represent 15Five’s views.
