Everyday we are inspired by the HR leaders among our customers who are making meaningful change at their companies. Because of this, we are excited for this year’s 15Five Customer Awards at Thrive.

Now through September 27, 2023, nominate a 15Five customer (whether yourself or someone you know) who has shown extraordinary excellence in one of our HR-focused categories. Winners will be announced LIVE at our Thrive conference on November 7, 2023.

All finalists will receive:

Celebrate an HR leader who has led building a highly engaged, innovative and aspirational culture.

Recognize the accomplishment of an HR leader who has meaningfully reduced turnover at their company through key initiatives, acting on engagement data, or resolving a cultural issue.

Rules

All nominees must be a current 15Five customer. Multiple submissions are allowed. Finalists and winners will be selected by an internal 15Five committee. Finalists will be notified by October 6, 2023. Winners will be announced live at the customer awards ceremony at Thrive.
