Will this event be in-person or virtual?
The entire Thrive gathering will be in-person, with select content recorded and shared afterwards. We will create as many outdoor options as possible to ensure your safety and comfort, following the latest Covid-19 protocols at the time of the event. Why in-person only? Because we are crafting immersive experiences that go beyond listening to expertise. Only human connection fosters deeper participation that is personally transformative, and shared growth and learning experiences allow great ideas to build on each other. The goal is for participants like you to learn from each other and innovate on how to develop environments where teams naturally come together to thrive.
Will accommodations be provided?
Thrive will take place at the JW Marriott Austin, where discounted hotel accommodations are available to book until October 24 for $309 per night. Rooms will book quickly, so book as early as possible, here.
Who should attend?
We are excited to welcome all HR leaders, practitioners, and their teams! This event is developed to create meaningful, educational experiences for all levels of HR professionals. We highly encourage members from the same organization to attend to increase the peer learning and sharing.
Is there a conference app?
The Thrive by 15Five Conference App will roll out closer to the conference date. More information and instructions will be sent to the email associated with your registration. Stay tuned!
How will I know that I am registered?

What is included with my registration?

Can I still register if I cannot attend the whole event?
This event has been carefully curated to maximize your experience. As a community-building gathering, we welcome and encourage all attendees to be there the whole time. We will not offer partial payments or refunds for people who attend partial events.
What if I need to cancel?
Thrive by 15Five hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend, however, extenuating circumstances do occur. The Policies are as follows:
- Cancellation requests made on or before October 14, 2022 are eligible for a full refund.
- “No Shows” and cancellation requests received after October 14th 2022 are non-refundable

Attendees should plan to fly to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).
How far is the airport from downtown Austin?
Downtown Austin is 7.5 miles away from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and typically less than a 15-minute car ride.
What are the transportation options from the airport to downtown Austin?

What is the last day to book my hotel room?
Please book your room as soon as possible but no later than October 24, 2022 to confirm our group rate.
Can I share a room?
Yes, include the number of guests in your reservation. Under the “request” section, confirm if you would like a King or two Queen beds.

Code of Conduct
The Thrive conference is dedicated to providing a fun, engaging, and safe event for everyone. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors and staff (“participants”) are required to comply with the Thrive by 15Five code of conduct.
By attending Thrive, you are agreeing to abide by this code of conduct. Anyone found to be violating this code of conduct may be expelled at the discretion of organizers.
Thrive has a zero-tolerance policy and will not tolerate any harassing or abusive behavior towards any participant. This includes harassment on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy (including breast feeding and related medical conditions), national origin, citizenship status, uniform service member status, age, genetic information, disability, ancestry, marital status, protected medical condition, any other protected status in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, and many other inherent and acquired traits that contribute to our unique identities
Our zero-tolerance policy extends to behavior that includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or harassment
- Pornographic material or explicit content (sexual or violent in nature) Disruptive behavior, especially during talks, presentations, events, or activities
- Hateful or highly offensive content, including personal insults or content that attacks or dehumanizes a person based on and of the reasons listed above
- Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Illegal content or activities

We ask all participants to help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment of inclusiveness, and we look forward to your attendance.
We take everyone’s safety very seriously. While COVID Safety Guidelines, Recommendations & Requirements are constantly evolving, we will do our best to keep you updated. At this time attendees will not be required to provide a negative test or proof of vaccination. Masking is strongly recommended indoors as per the CDC guidelines, but will be at the individual’s discretion. As the situation is always evolving, if there are changes to the State’s mandate or governance we will communicate that information accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation to create a fun, comfortable & safe environment for everyone.
Additional Precautions That We Take:

– Personal hand sanitizer bottles distributed (while supplies last)
– Provide masks (while supplies last). We recommend bringing your own
– Hand Sanitizer Stations provided throughout the event
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend the event?
What should I do if I feel ill?
Please stay home and follow CDC guidelines.
What should I do if I have tested positive for Covid 19 or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive within one week of the event?
We ask that you follow the current guidelines outlined by the CDC. If you test positive for COVID-19, stay home for at least 5 days and isolate yourself from others.

We are committed to producing rich, engaging content that is accessible to all and will make accommodations with reasonable modifications to ensure 15 Five Thrive is inclusive to everyone that attends.

Yes, all Keynote Programs will include an ASL interpreter. Additional support will be provided upon request. Please indicate during registration.
