Creating an inclusive, equitable, and diverse company isn’t just a cultural decision, it’s a mindset shift. It impacts the way we show up for one another, and how we support our customers. We design our solution, services, and academy with this mindset, and lean on the research from the latest social sciences to help create psychologically safe work environments for all.

15Five works hard to build an equal opportunity workplace, and that starts with having tough conversations. With our internal DEI Program and rotating Advocacy Committee, we empower employees to share their ideas and perspectives to help create the change we wish to see.

Building a human-centric workforce

Actions speak louder than words. To ensure we’re working on the things that matter most to our people, customers, and communities we serve, 15Five has committed to:

  • Using diverse hiring practices to increase representation at every level
  • Continuing to support our employee-led Advocacy Committee,
  • Collecting data points internally to improve our ongoing DEI programs,
  • Partnering with facilitators from all backgrounds to uplevel our program offerings, and
  • Creating on-demand training and self-led learning resources for employees.

Reaching our full potential

While we are making progress, there’s still room to grow. We regularly reevaluate ways we can improve with input form our employee-led Advocacy Committee, biannual surveys and reports, and continue to seek new ways to make meaningful, positive change. Our first survey will be published by January 2021.
