15Five Raises An Additional $2.2M In Funding

By David Hassell, CEO of 15Five

I am excited to announce that 15Five has just raised $2.2M in funding from existing investor Point Nine Capital, as well as new investors Matrix Partners, renowned leadership expert Simon Sinek, and JustFab CEO Adam Goldenberg. This new round brings our total funding to $3.8M.

We are a lean company with strong monthly revenue and a loyal global customer base, and this latest round will help us double-down on marketing and sales to bring the platform to even more fast-growing companies.

We first launched our team feedback platform in 2012, and 15Five has quickly grown to nearly 1,000 customers in over 100 countries. These companies use our software to transform how managers and employees communicate, while giving employees a voice and keeping managers tuned-into their teams’ goals, progress, ideas, and concerns.

15Five also serves to create much stronger relationships between employees and their peers and managers.  Both of these aspects (having employees actively engaged in conversations that matter and having stronger relationships between peers and managers) lead to much stronger employee engagement and retention.

“Since our first seed investment in 15Five, we’ve been extremely impressed with the development of the company,” said Christoph Janz, Managing Partner of Point Nine Capital, which is not only a seed investor but also a customer. “We’re happy to double-down on our investment and thrilled to continue to support the company on its mission to transform the way teams communicate.”
